Thanks Kimberley (Manager) it truly was amazing. The pulsating core of Milan is in Centro. I purchased a membership and I am so excited to have this holistic therapy in my life. Plus most of us spend that much or more on crafted coffees. It’s about $59 a float- don’t gasp there are groupons and ways to earn points. I am planning on taking my husband and treating my girl friends. The other spa agent I met, was David and he was sweet as well. They tell you some people if they suffer chronic pain will feel it. I wanted to try this since I suffer with chronic back from scoliosis. I came out energized, rested - best sleep ever, and I couldn’t stop smiling. They say there are 2 kinds of people - either you come out ready for a nap or energized. After I did the deep breathing and allowed my mind to enjoy the experience, I fell asleep. It took me about 10 mins to relax in the pod. The water is a mineral base of salts (my understanding is the consistency of the Dead Sea), they give you water proof ear plugs. You lay in a large egg shaped pod and float for an hour in 10 inches of water. I forgot to get a picture of the flotation pod but I will add one on my next visit. This is a sensory experience in the most relaxing environment. If you still decide to give this place a try.be careful!! They are very, very sneaky about they way they word their so-called deals/coupons & they get very defensive when you question them. The staff is extremely unprofessional (despite the white lab coats in their silly attempt to look like medical professionals). ? It might just be me, but it really grosses me out to think of stewing around in recycled water in a pod that isn’t actually scrubbed after each use! □ The atmosphere as a whole is a little creepy, someone mentioned a sci-fi movie in a previous review & that is a perfect description. I don’t know how they sanitize the water after each use.all I know is that once I got out, the water wasn’t fully drained, rather jets kicked on for a few minutes. The only people that I can understand choosing to spend that kind of money for this are those that don’t have bathtubs at home.otherwise your home tub will offer far more comfort.like setting the water temp to one that is actually comfortable, in water that you can be sure is fresh. The whole thing seems like a gimmicky fad to me. I’m not sure what upsets me more, the wasted money or the uncomfortable 60 minutes out of my life that I can never get back. The entire experience from beginning to end was questionable and there are far more relaxing things to do with nearly $100 than float around in cold (& questionably “clean”) water.
